Same story as everyone else. I placed an order with Home Depot on 12/28/2021. Estimated arrival date was 1/5/22-1/14/22. The item arrived at NSD Terminal 1/19/22. After repeated calls/ chats my complaints have been ignored. It is now 2/4 and there is no communication with anyone from this company. I have been over six weeks without a bathroom because the builder cannot proceed without this piece. Sending complaint to [protected]@hubgroup.com which is the parent company.
