Great company to get fully certified with to become a loan signing agent! They cover all aspects from becoming a general notary and then the mortgage side on how to sign the documents. Notary Service is the real deal. I made back my investment in a little under a month and am still receiving orders, so many that i cannot keep up with the work. I got my Title Producers License and am seeing the benefits everyday. *** is wonderful and will steer you in the right direction. Also, when you sign up you get business listings that you can sign up with in order to get work that is a wonderful thing because i would not have known where to start. This company immediately accepted my payment for their services on August 4, 2022, in the amount of $381.95 for their "Notary Go Job Booster Service (Lifetime Membership) - $318.00, and a Notary Name Badge - $63.95. It was communicated to me that the badge would be delivered to me in 2 weeks, and as of today 10/07/22, I have not receive it. I spoke with *** on September 2nd, 2022, and she stated that I would receive the badge within 10 days of that call. I shared with her that I had not received any notary assignments, and she stated that I had not setup my profile yet, which I had. She proceeded to send me yet another link, because she stated that I didn't set my profile on the Notary side of their system. I asked her what was the difference in the side of their system that I did setup my profile and the additional link that she sent, and she could not answer that question. I proceeded to call back later that day via the number posted on their website, but unfortunately, the voice-mailbox was full. I called again, and the person who finally answered was extremely rude and unprofessional. I called again today 10/07/22, and communicated that I want my money back, and I was told a moment ago that I can send an email and that there wasn't a number for me to speak with a manager. The person who answered my call placed me on hold twice, and the first call I was on hold for 10 minutes and then she ended the call by just hanging up. I called back twice and explain that I really wanted my money back and it was very upsetting that they easily accept your money, but can't service you well once that transaction is completed. This is the same person that I spoke with on 9/2/22 with the unprofessional attitude, and she hung up on me. Again, I never received the notary assignments that I paid for, and never even received the badge that I paid $63.95 either! This is FRAUD at its best!
