We were suckered into a security system installed in our house. We tried to get out of the account, because of the increase in monthly rate. We were told the time extension was for 6 months. We then tried again to cancel the contract and were told it was for 60 months. We have asked about fixing the sensor on the back garage door. We were told it would cost a prohibitive amount of money to have their repair person out to do it. We said forget about it. My wife asked again about the date to cancel the contract. She was given a date3 of may 2023. We tried to contact them again today and they said the 60 day notice of cancellation was passed by30 days and no exceptions could be made for it. We are now told we can pay the balance for 1`8 months and try again to cancel within the 60 day period. O r we can pay the full amount less 10 %, and they will cut off the service and cancel the contract. Several times during this phone call we were placed on hold, and we read of the huge number of complaints about this company. Not one positive review of them. Still undecided where to go with this problem.
