This company is a property management company located in sweet home oregon. My father in law passed away whom rented from them for twenty years. He was only gone for five days and on the fifth day we went to his apartment to gain the contents and this company had emptied its convents, hot wwired the truck cut the lock off the boat and took everything. This means they got all titles banking information his wallet and credit cards and have been spending money off those credit cards. They started remodeling the apartment as of the fifth day of his passing which means they cleaned his apartment out earlier than the fifth day. They won’t return our calls and the police have the keys to the vehicle and are give us the run around about obtaining them even though they sent an officer to our home too. Privy is of his passing. The company hasn’t been open to get the ccontwnt of the stuff they stole out of my father in law apartment. We have filed charges with the police and also with state license board for property management. They need to be investigated for illegal practices and steal tenant property
