Noom.com review: Diet service

Apparently I signed up for noom.com diet service back in 2021, or so that's what they tell me. They billed me for 139.00 every 90 days after that. Admittedly I'm not good a balancing my checking account. So when I finally dug into my account I was absolutely shocked to find that this had been removed from my account more than 5 times in the past 2 years.

The thing that shocked me is that I received no email notification from them that they were going to deduct the money from my account. I received no emails from them about my ongoing service such as "how is it going", " are you happy". Nothing. I've no correspondence from them in the way or email or communication in any way acknowledging that I'm one of their customers.

As you can imagine I've received absolutely no value for the money that I've paid.

I called [protected] On 11/15/2022. I called up asking about why I was getting charged and that I would need a full refund. Their response is that they would only refund the last payment and not the total amount of the payments. I've never had a "service" that provided no service to me. I think what annoyed me more than anything else was how they treated me on the phone. The attitude was that It didn't matter that they did nothing to earn that money, it was their money now and too bad.

The ticket number of our conversation 6980646. The person I talked to on the phone refused to give me. I spoke with supervisor Henry. He acknowledged that I never logged into the system after the "sign up" and that I didn't receive anything for the money I spent, but they were in their rights to charge me for the service anyway.
