NOLA GhostRiders LLC review: Receive the $197 refund given the horrible experience.

Hello, We took this tour on 3/15/2022. There were 6 people in our party.

However, shortly after the tour started, we had to cut our tour short - the guide Fernando was very rude and disrespectful to us and because of this we felt uncomfortable and left shortly after the tour started. This is quite unacceptable. Due to this, I would like to get a refund please. Because this was a party on 6, we called two Uber cars (and incurred additional expenses) to get us back to the hotel. Uber receipts are available. I upon arrival to the hotel, I contacted the tour operator via their website, explaining the situation. A lady called me that same evening from the tour operator company, asked about the details of what happened and told me that the owner would call me back the following day and that she was sure I would get the refund given the horrible experience. Nobody called me however. I did send another inquiry on 3/17/2022, however, again, nobody got back to me.
