Appalling customer service and poor quality
The quality of the products is sub standard and the customer service is absolutely appalling cannot get to the bottom of a resolution and they have now started to ignore my emails. Absolutely rubbish quality do not fall for their pictures and fake website reviews!
I have first had to wait over 15 weeks to have my sofa delivered when the time frame was 6-8weeks. Then the sofa arrived in a completely wrong colour and damaged they have not done anything to rectify any of this I have been in email contact with them for over 6months only just to keep getting ignored!
Ceiling lights
I have placed an order for the ceiling lights in August 2022 with delivery to Monaco. Before placing my order I spoke to the Noho Home adviser via the website chat and was reassured that the delivery will not take longer than 3 months and that I will not have to pay any extra charges or customs duties as the goods will be coming from China and will be custom cleared by Noho Home directly.
Having waited for my order for 6 months I tried to reach the company only to realise that they don’t have a contact number on their website! Since then I have spent hours writing numerous emails and talking to tens of different Noho employees via the online chat all of whom didn’t have any idea where my order was and when it will be delivered.
I finally managed to get track of it and received the goods more than 8 months since placing my order!
Unfortunately two weeks after I have received a huge invoice from UPS for the customs clearance of the Noho Home goods. All the further communication and complaints to Noho Home were fruitless as they adamantly refused to refund the customs duties or accept return of the goods. It is the worst customer service experience of my life and I hope everyone will steer away from this awful company.
