NJ XpoLogistics Trucking review: GE Profile PS960YPFS 30" electric range purchased and not received

The order was placed April 2, 2022. There were telephone calls placed to the vendor (1870 Bath Ave Brooklyn, NY, 11214 Phone:[protected] [protected]@Appliancesconnection.com) concerning the delivery date with no date provided. Vendor repeatedly stated that the delivery company (NJ XpoLogistics Trucking) didn't respond, and efforts were being made to reach the delivery company. The last call to a supervisor promised that a new item would be delivered on August 15, 2022. Four days later an email was sent to inform me that a full refund would be sent in the next 3-4 business days. I did receive the refund, but the amount was $3396.66 instead of the $3528.94 purchase price. I didn't cancel the order and don't feel that I should receive anything less than the full payment made for the purchase.
