Nissan Malaysia review: nissan serena c26 alternator faulty

I bought this new car on Dec 2015 and mileage is 26727 but now alternator got faulty, i request for warranty claim for free replacemet but Nissan Service Center here request for replacement by own expenses.
I seldon use this car, just use it for 3 years and 10 months only, impossible the alternator faulty so fast. Pls asist me for free replacement. My car plat number is PMJ1688.
