I purchased 5 clothing items from Ninacloak, an online clothing site, not realizing it was a China company. I received the items but three do not fit and one of the three was not sewn properly. However, there is no return address information on their website. I have emailed them three times seeking to get an address for return and refund which they advertise as a positive feature of the company. Each plea for an address is answered with the comment they will give it to me in 1-3 business days. So far I have not heard from them. There are several complaints on their website alluding to this same problem.
