Nida Azwer review: monica massey running fraud at nida azwer design house 2

I llive in the the US and am a regular client of Nida Azwer. I have been conned by their general manager Monica Massey. I don't know how to contact the designer herself or file a complaint so thought would contact the social media news. Here is the complaint. You can either post it to help me or can direct me so I can file the complaint where this could be resolved.

I used to work with Nida Azwer's general manager sales Monica Massey. Recently I realized that she has been quoting me prices way above the actual designer prices and likely pocketing the extra cash. I am not even sure if my orders are even known to Nida Azwer, and she has been pocketing the entire cash. I found out about this when their recent shawl collection came out. I was really interested in the white grey toosh scarf. She quoted me Rs 340, 000. My friend was Infact quoted Rs270, 000 for the exact same beige grey toosh scarf. That's when I found out that Monica had been conning me by Quoting higher prices from overseas clients and pocketing the extra cash which I am sure Nida know nothing about.

I made my friend confirm prices for other items I had bought and found out that she has charged me upto Rs100, 000 more for each item. I have receipts and WhatsApp conversations to prove this. Can someone from the team or Nida Azwer herself please contact me to sort this out because I still have an order pending order. I would hate to involve the US law enforcement into this fraud issue.
