I purchased this product in August 2022 to have it work for 3 days. I completed all the trouble shooting steps that were provided in the instructions so I called the 800 number to get help. That person yelled at me while telling me what to do to trouble shoot the gate to find that a battery harness needed to be replaced. I was told it was on backorder and would not be available until October. That date rolled around and was told November. That date rolled around and was told December 13th to now have called December 19th and have been told 12/23 now is the expected date. The last time I called, I asked to speak to a manager of which she had left for the day and they would have her call...I never received a call from anyone. I purchased all these additional accessories for the gate and have spent quite a bit of money to not have a gate opener now for the past 5 months. I have a case number and a service order for this place. You would think that they would have a system in place to follow up with cases open over a certain amount of time. Just want to take your money is all. Don't buy anything from here.

Desired outcome: I would like responsiveness from this company regarding the issues I have been having. I want a gate that works as it is cold outside!
