Purchase a samsung tv not even a year ago and one day it just stopped working, troubleshooted and still nothing. I was on the phone with customer service for 40min. Gave all info requested, told it was handled, just to find out it had not been. The manufacturer warranty on this tv is up, but on the tag that was on the tv when purchased states new warranty included & falls under the year time frame. The tv repair company says warranty manufacturer warranty is up (which it is,) so wanting to charge us for repair when nfm should be. I called customer service again & she tried feeding me some bs. It clearly says new warranty included which should be honored by nfm not samsung because that is what it states on the tag that was on the tv. I would please like this resolved and for nfm to honor what they advertise on a specific item that I purchased from this store. Otherwise this falls under misleading/false advertisement & I will not let it go, because it is the principle of it. Mrs. B's logo, which is still on nfm website says "sell cheap and be honest"
Desired outcome: TV repaired or a new one
