When you first start it’s fun. After getting to level 5 it becomes clear that you are going to have to pay out either in-game or on Mythical web site in order to be competitive. The events are hard to qualify for as you have to meet impossible criteria to join.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I tried instantly selling two blueprint cards yesterday they are still processing I also tried to list another card it is still processing for some reason it's not giving me my money for the cards that I sold instantly and it's not listing the card that I listed can someone please look into this and get it fixed ASAP thank you
I paid for over 5,000 credits to enchanted lineup. Every player I try yo purchase says purchase can’t be completed
Need my money this is crazy I tried over and over to advance in the game but same thing every time. Disappointed
I wasted my conditioning points bringing my second Amari Cooper up to level 5 so I could use my blueprint on him I meant to do it to Juwain Johnson and it will not let me. I have spent alot of money on this game and request a refund for my conditioning points spent.
On Sept. 17th at approx. 9am i went to play the cj mosley event and on 2 seperate occasions while playing the event it randomly kicked me from the app and i lost my game data to compete for the top rewards
On August 24 2023 the NFL Kickoff event started. The first event stated that you need a kickoff player to join the event not a rare or higher just a kickoff player so i spent 700 diamonds to purchase a kickoff base player pack and i recieved 3 player. When i put ome of the players on my roster it still would not allow me to enter the event.
The narration of the preseason game between Cowboys and Seattle on Sunday, 8/20 has way too much jabber; it was very distracting. Most of the commentary was unnecessary, under the guise of color, I suppose, but well over half was simply inappropriate. I watched 3/4 of the game with mute on. Please shut up.
