today I received a medical bill for a tele visit with said practioner stating she examine me after an auto accident 07/05/24; there was no visit with said practioner (Lindo)took place however i received a bill for 768.00 requesting payment. A Ms. Evans who is no longer with NexGen spoke with me at 770-685-0679 and argue me down that i received services two years ago and when i stated i will speak with my attorney she stated that my wages could be garnished. but she could not tell me why it took two years to send me a bill for an exam that took place in 2024. at this point I am at a lost because a bill could ve also been sent in 2025 because USAA was the insurance company handling my claims and my claim for the accident remain open for one year. i also asked her why would i use televisit when i had my own health insurance and could have easily went urgent care locally. i also told i had health insurance and she stated they are out of network and again i stated to her i am not understanding the two-year waiting period to contact someone about a pending bill. i am disputing this bill and want to file a complaint against NexGen. i ask could i speak to the practioner who supposedly wrote the diagnosis up that never took place two years ago. i was inform she no longer work there. like really two years!this is BOGUS!
Desired outcome: bill resolve because i did not have a tele visit with anyone two years ago. but yet i am receiving this bill when services was not rendered
