We had a front door and a rear French door replaced by NewSouth. The Doors themselves are fine. The problem is one of the doors was very difficult to pull shut and lock. Service has come back 5 times over the last 4 months, and still not fixed. The issues that I have had are: French door won’t shut and lock easily, paint won’t stick to doors, and the trim pieces between the front door and sidelights buckled. The service guys are courteous, but how many times do they have to come back?
