NewSouth Window Solutions review: Almost a year and still waiting to get my windows done!!!

One thing you DONT want to do if you hire NSW; is sign their form of work completed if they are not 100% done. Even for the smallest thing. Don't let the installer trick you into signing the form. That form guarantees NSW get paid by the finance company then you'll be put on the back burner because they will get paid and you're no longer that important!

It's almost a year and they finally got my screens done. But they have not finialed my inspection for which all my window and main entry door still have the screw holes that need to be plugged.
I can't even paint my door the color I want because of the screw holes. My windows still have the product data information sticker on them because I was told not to remove them as the inspector will need to see them to final my permit out.
I have numerous text messages with several managers, emails and recorded phone calls to their office in Altamonte Springs and these people just don't give a S%&T. One manager name Chris just point blank pawn me off to his receptionist and said

"All communications between us will need to be through the office from now on."
Our initial communication started on June 17, 2025, and on August 28, 2025, he didn't want to help me anymore.

And I still have not heard back from anybody!
