Newsmax plus review: Subscription

I have a subscription to Newsmax plus and have been charged this month ,January 2024. All of a sudden tv says on Newsmax + error code I have been signed out and want to know who signed me out of MY ACCOUNT. Also why do you go through a third party to change our passwords? Actually even your way it doesn’t save the new password and their app is absolutely insane. Can’t seem to make heads or tails out of it. Very disappointed in them. They brag about how many have joined them but since the want you subscribe I am positive they have lost many customers. If I do get signed in there is no where to ask a question or get help and not even a contact us link. It says in my account I have no account information and no payments made which is a lie. Took the money out of my account in January 2024. Probably going to cancel if I can figure out a way to do so. I get most of my news anyway on the X or Twitter app. I feel Newsmax should address these concerns but at least look at their complaints. And a solution be addressed by them and permanently fixed. Not that hard. An account is one I sign into and out. Nobody else! Fix your errors! Their yours! Come on can’t you even make a decent app with you because your third party is a complete FRAUD. Do something Mewsmax.
