I am submitting this complaint regarding Neteller’s handling of my account closure and the funds that remain owed to me.
On 29 May 2026 at approximately 4:01 PM, I made a withdrawal request for €206 from my Neteller account. Shortly after this withdrawal request, Neteller permanently closed my account. At no point was I provided with a clear explanation regarding the status of my funds or informed about how I would receive the remaining balance that belonged to me.
After discovering that my account had been closed, I submitted a complaint through Neteller’s official website and requested clarification about my funds. On 4 June 2026 at 1:01 PM, I received an email from Neteller informing me that my account had been permanently closed. However, the email did not provide a satisfactory explanation regarding my €206 withdrawal or the return of my money.
Since receiving that email, I have made repeated efforts to contact Neteller through their customer support channels. Unfortunately, I have not received any meaningful response or assistance. I have also attempted to contact Neteller through Instagram in the hope of obtaining an update on my case, but this has not resulted in any resolution.

I understand that financial institutions may close accounts for various reasons and may not always be able to disclose specific details. However, I believe that customers are entitled to receive any legitimate funds that belong to them and to receive clear communication regarding the status of those funds.
The issue is not simply the account closure itself. My primary concern is that €206 remains unresolved, and despite multiple attempts to obtain assistance, I have been unable to receive a clear answer regarding when or how my money will be returned.
I respectfully request that Neteller review my case, provide a detailed explanation regarding the status of my funds, and arrange for the prompt return of the €206 associated with my withdrawal request. I would also appreciate a direct response from Neteller addressing my concerns and explaining the next steps required to resolve this matter.
