Hi, everyone! I want to warn that after you take the withdrawal from the company www.neteller.com, they start to take monthly fee. And they didn’t warn me about these fees and in result I wasted large sum. But the customer services behaved completely dishonest and refused to return anything back. As well as the rep spoke in very impolite manner with me.
Without any reason they disabled my account and even i have called thousand times, they used to keep me in hold and due to that i have lost around 50 USD just for calling them . They did not want to respond properly. I have seen many complaints which is similar to me. Please take a necessary action to solve our issue. Thanks in advance
That is very true! i am actually facing the same issue with them! their virtual card does work well! when i ask for a refund.. they seem rude and even ended the conversation on live chat without waiting for my response! and they even said there is no time frame for the refund which meant it can take weeks.. months.. years! they are just an scam company i think! when i will get my bank statement.. i will fire them if they do not refund the first top up i made which they said it was decline when their system sent me a mail and said they were successfully received it !
