You ask the most stupid questions to unlock the neo card. I don't know my credit limit and neither does equifax. You don't mail statements and I don't waste my ink to print statements.
I have written to the bay's head office. I told them that after 50 years of buying products from them and thousands and thousands of dollars spent at that store, efeectively immediately I will no longer buy from them becasue of the massive trouble trying to unlock my neo card.
Amazon all the way.
I am extremely disgusted and deplored with neo. I have already given neo a terrible review. I will go on every website I can find to trash this horrible company.
