Neck Relax review: Please refund

I bought this Neck Relax on 7/23/22

Received item on 7/29/22

Followed directions and the Item does not work.

I email mailed them around 8/01/22 requesting a return.

They emailed me back asking what was wrong with the item

I responded back stating that the item doesn't not work.

Did not hear back so I emailed them again asking what the update on this was and the sent me another email asking once again what was wrong with it.

I did not respond to the email as I already told them what the problem is.
