This guy has an ego bigger than the state of New York. He is known all over Santa Ynez with a bad reputation. Just call around and ask other doctors and the moment they hear his name, they laugh. You might want to seriously consider avoiding doing business with him. In a small town like Santa Ynez, word gets around (and it sure has). Specifically, he treats his employees poorly, and patients with disdain when he doesn't get the gratification he needs to justify his "holier than thou" existence. He's a great actor when you like him, but when you don't... his other side surfaces. He is a poor excuse for a doctor and will put himself out business on his own. For your information only. Go ahead, take a gamble or find a better doctor than James Neary of Neary Chiropractic. Your choice.
This is a bunch of you know what. I have known and visited Jim Neary for ten plus years and have always been completely satisfied with him as a doctor. Extremely knowledgeable, professional and above all caring has always been my experience . He is also very well respected around the SYV as a chiropractor and a healer.
I too have had only great experiences with Dr. Jim Neary and his staff. I've been to about 6 chiropractors and Dr Neary ranks at the top of my scale and I can highly recommend him!
This is the most ridiculous complaing I have ever heard. I have never EVER heard anyone professional or personal say a cross word about Dr. Neary. His approach to health and treatment is far superior to any other chiropractor I have ever met and to hear someone say such negative things about him leads me to believe this is just a very negative person. Ever met one of those individuals that is never happy no matter what? I am guessing "kelp keeper" is one of those. Notice how there are no other complaints?

While we appreciate the input, we ask that you try to resolve your problems with us. We were unaware of your disappointment in our company and would like to resolve any bad feelings that you may retain. Please contact either of our offices so that we can discuss how to make amends.
On a side note: After the posting of this complaint, we received a call from SEO Globe, a company that specializes in removal of online complaints. As previously stated, we were unaware of any unhappy patients. While we are willing to do anything in our power to make our patients happy, we suspect this is a marketing scam for SEO Globe.
