This is one of half dozen companies owned by the same crooks; honest tax, national tax advisory services, tax advantage advisors and allstate tax are some of their company names. Too bad this is a one-call-close boiler-room type operation. That means if you're reading this review, they already got you! But you need to know that these operations are run by pure scoundrels. Once the money is in their pockets, their job is done and they couldn't care less about you or what promises they made you or what they offered in return for your money. As far as their concerned, their job ends at getting your money regardless of what they told you or any agreements they made with you. And when you have a problem with their services and demand accountability, they will not even listen to you. They already have your money. Why should they listen to you? They'll just hang up on you. The only way you will ever hold these people accountable is by suing them. So, unless you're willing to take people to court to make things right, don't deal with these guys... But if you already have continue to read...

If they robocalled you, they automatically owe you money even if you started a business relationship with them from that call! And this is really the only way the people they've scammed can collectively make them pay with minimal time and effort and actually collect some money in damages from them. Robocalls are illegal and telephone consumer protection act (tcpa) allows private individuals or class of individuals, like you, to collect significant damages if you've been called without your express, prior written consent. If they called you, they owe you $1,500 per call. If they called you twice in any 12-month period and you're on the national do not call list, they owe you $3,000 per call! Read the law. 47 u.S. C. 227 (b) and (c) and 227 (b) (3) and 227 (c) (5). Consult with an attorney and he'll verify that everything i'm saying is true.

I'm putting together a class action lawsuit. Contact imagineth at gmail if you want in or if you want to know how hold these guys accountable for spamming your phone on your own. The only way we stop this plague of robocalls in our country is to take the robocallers' money!

If you've received a call from this company within the past four years, get in on a class action and collect some money from some people who, according to their reviews, really deserve to pay up and learn a lesson. I put scammers out of business for breakfast and I have a strong feeling these guys can't afford to defend a class action lawsuit and would be super wise to settle out of court, quick like.

Desired outcome: Monetary settlement for very robocall made in the past four years.
