National Floor Direct review: Refused to return my deposit $2,900

Please help me, I feel so taken. I am a 71 yo widow. I gave a deposit 2,900 for a laminate floor. I was very clear and specific living in a condo my association has strict rules for flooring. It must be soundproof, waterproof.

The salesman and the office lied we went back and forth regarding the color the underlining the soundproofing, and waterproofing. Each time I would catch them in a lie.

I decided not to get the laminate and did not sign a contract. But for some reason they think they can keep my money.

I appreciate your help they did nothing for me except lie and steal my money.

Certainly a big company like national floors direct can sell a million floors they do not have to take money without doing a service.
