6/23/23 Friday at 10 p.m. we signed a contract to have carpet installed. Our sales guy said we have till Wednesday to cancel. On Tuesday (one day before cancelation end date) I sent a text stating we want to cancel. Sales guy said no problem call the office on Wednesday (6/28) for a refund. Called Wednesday & they said it is too late they already ordered the carpet. They said I was not within the 3 business days. Although I texted one day before (6/27) and the cancelation notice said by midnight on 6/38/23. I also sent the written cancelation notice by certified mail on 6/28. Weekends are not considered business days. All the guy kept telling me is that the carpet was already ordered. We gave them a check deposit. I want my money back!

Desired outcome: Full refund of my check deposit.
