We planned to purchase a two-wheeler, and enquired about the cost and availability of 'pleasure' to all the Hero Honda dealers in Chennai on 15.09.07 (Ganesh Chathurthi). Some of the dealers are closed and only Shri Vishnu Motors and Nagappa Auto were open for vehicle booking as usual. Both of were having ‘pleasure’. However, since we heard about Nagappa Auto that they were reputed and long standing in the field. We checked once again with your people about the availability of ‘Pleasure’ in pure black, which they said they have one no in stock, but if somebody booked before we reaches their place, they cannot do any thing.

Hence, we decided to go to Nagappa Auto. Since we have shortage of money we pledged my jewel too for Rs.18,000/- (since vehicle is very urgent). Once we reach there they are very eager and in a hurry to book the vehicle and pressurized us to pay the amount. However, we told them that we want to see the vehicle, after which they took us to the basement (their storage area) where we found only 3 nos of dual tone black (black with purple shade) and we said we don’t want that we want pure black only. Mrs.Sujatha who has attended us on that day was asking one of her colleague whether she had any idea about the one black vehicle, which is showing in the stock, for which she replied it is blocked for one of the relatives of the some top-level person working in Nagappa Auto on the previous day itself. She told to Mrs.Sujatha to take the dual tone blank, for which Mrs.Sujatha replied that we are not agreeing for dual black and asking for the pure black. Her colleague replied then there is no other way. When we asked why you wasted our time and money by coming all the way from our residence, they asked us to wait for sometime.

After an hour, they came to us and said the person who blocked the vehicle does not want the vehicle and we can pay the money and when we asked to see the vehicle they said it is the vehicle is available up-stairs and the same is yet to be accounted to stock. Hence we pay the total money Rs.41,315/- thru their receipt no 7318 dt-15.09.07. In addition, after that, they have collected my ration card in original + one photocopy and 4 nos of passport size photos. They said if we took the vehicle that day until it get registered to RTO it will be completely under our risk and they advised us to take the vehicle on Wednesday (19.09.07) after registration. Hence, we said okay.

Even yesterday (17.09.07) morning my husband called up Nagappa Auto, spoke to Mrs.Sujatha, and said he want to reconfirm that all things were in track. They said since there is a centralization process taking in the main RTO where our vehicle has to registered, hence it will delay for one day time i.e we can take the vehicle along with the insurance on Thursday (20.09.07) for which we accepted.

In the evening, I got a call from Mrs.Sujatha of Nagappa Motors and she is claiming there is no black color is available with them and her colleague miss-understood that we were asking for the dual tone black only. When we highlighted that, you showed her the dual tone vehicle and said that they do not want this and want only pure black. She is again claiming that they will call both as black only. In addition, she asked us to accept the dual tone if we want the vehicle urgently and we rejected her proposal. She said if you do not want the dual tone black, we can get back the money and she will make the cheque ready. For which we have not accepted and said that you cheated a customer who believed you a lot. Please find below the address of M/S Nagappa Motor.

    Hero Motocorp has to take action on this nagappa matters or they'll become Zero Motocorp!!!

    Nagappa Auto - Experts in cheating!

    I booked a CBZ long back around 80 day's is yet to over, its like a weekend habit visiting Nagappa Auto enquire about bike availability. Really its frustrating when a salesman will say like they can't tell when can i will get the bike. Nagappa Auto himself saying like they are one of the best dealer in annanagar, taking hell lot of booking order and at the end they will talk to customer rudly.

    If i could get a chance i will defintly drag those people to count ask for clarification. Guy's from my current experience i could say like you can never ever having booking in Nagappa Auto.

    i buy karizma R before 2 months. & sometimes it is not start properly sometimes & there is no specialised engineer in samta automobiles Sonipat

    Some Noise is getting from Hero Honda Engine. Why It is happening. Someone know the reason?

    I taken the hero honda splendor bike from Nagappa autos. It has a noise problem in the engine, I complaint about the noise, but the dealer says that it is normal. Anyone has the same experience?
