The customer service is useless, and after contacting them twice, I got tired of hearing that it was my fault when it clearly wasn't. Since the last upgrade, the store to buy upgrades keeps popping up, which is annoying. Turning off ad preferences doesn't help to see ads, and I can't advance in the game since I'm stuck on one level for three days or more. I can't even play the side games because I'm stuck on my latest level in the restaurant.

Don't waste your time or money on this game. You'll regret it. I even lost the TV ad that gave me 2 free rubies because I gave this company money to get the Gold pass, which makes the upgrades come instantly instead of waiting for hours for them to come. It's a complete waste of time and money.
