MyLife On-Line Reputation Service review: Erroneous information removed from my account

This review was chosen algorithmically as the most valued customer feedback.

I noticed that MyLife reputation service (MyLife.com 907 Westwood Blvd #359 Los Angeles, California 90024. Phone Number [protected]) was publishing erroneous information about me on the web, despite just about near perfect credit scores, work records & a lifetime of volunteer community activism on behalf of the poor and marginalized.

They even have my birth year wrong, ie I was born on August 30, 1955 and MyLife had my birthdate as August 30, 1965, not 1955.

I had a very difficult time getting a valid customer service number that wasn’t just a voice recording. Unable to speak to an actual person and not having my many emails returned, I decided to become a premium paid member & to pay for their reputation restoration service to have erroneous information removed from my account. This alone, struck me as illegal. That despite a near perfect FICA, Transunion & Esperian I was going to have to pay to prevent & undo erroneous information that MyLife was placing on the web, probably to have me pay for their services to remove unlawfully inaccurate information that they, themselves, we’re listing on the web.

But at considerable expense to myself, I paid for both premium membership & reputation restoration service.

I then made no less than 34 telephone calls & composed 18 emails to their credit restoration department. Agents appeared to not be strongly fluent in english & unable or unwilling to follow what i was saying. I took photos of my credit reports, banking information and documented my residences. I sent copies of my State of Illinois ID, birth certificate, credit reports, and proof of prior residences. I was repeatedly promised that the birthdate on my profile would be corrected & that addresses and that i never lived at would be removed from my MyLife profile, placed on the Internet.

Lately when I call, I am sent a form to fill out asking me for my credit card number to verify my account and they’ve been charging my account for $5.00 and disconnecting me.

I am unable to chat with an actual person, nor have my emails answered.

The last reference number I have for a conversation with MyLife was #[protected].

I desire all errors in my acc to be removed, and to cancel reputation serve.

I am:

Richard Paul Davis

232 Wallace Avenue

Crystal Lake, Illinois 60014

My birthdate is 08/30:1955.

Phone or text at [protected],

Thanks for your kind assistance.

Desired outcome: Restoration Service be cancelled and that my debit card not be billed anymore from MyLife.
