I've ordered a dishwasher from www.mychefstore.com almost 3 month ago. So far no delivery. I've called them a few times, and they always have some nice stories on why it wasn't shipped. I've wanted to cancel my order, but they said they can't accept it, as they've already ordered the product from their supplier.
It's way to much hassle to get it from them, and at this point I'm not sure if I'll get it at all.
I'll cancel it with my credit card company, which is more hassle for me.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I've bought a new fryer from them, but they've send me an obviously used item.
They won't accept it back, and they don't want to give me my money back.
I've tried to call them, but they never pickup the phone.
Terrible service.
Don't deal with them.
This message board is a scam. I work for MyChefStore and we received several emails from the owner of this company demanding money to "fix" the complaints posted on this board. Noone ever has gotten bad service from us. This is a blackmail site!
This is a fraudulent complaint. This transaction never happened. After entering the complaint, this person contacts the vendor and offers to remove the complaint for money.
