My Tucson Movers review: The owner should credit me $991.00 for my move.

My Tucson Movers moved me on 06/14/2023 from my air cooled storage to my pod on my property when the beginning of my nightmare move began. They asked me to pay for my move upfront which was an estimate of $2200.00 the move was overestimated and was told I would receive my $480.00 credit back on the same day, for time that wasn't used plus my $150 deposit. I never received my credit. I spoke to the owner and also had a friend call, owner said he credited me... he never did. To make very long story short. My Tucson Movers also charged me $511.00 for boxes that were not needed and I was not aware of. I explicitly told the head mover that I did not need anything else boxed because everything was just moved into my storage unit before I had them move me into my pod on property, he was curt and rude and purposely ignored my instructions. I even told him that I had quite a few boxes in my storage unit if he needed them.

I have had quite a few moves in my life and the one I thought would be the easiest one was the worst.
