I got charged the amount that was told $1.95 but then was charged $99.95 which I was not told about and was charged to the same account. Then it said will be delivered with in a week and it has been longer then that and have not received nothing! So I need to get me my order or refund me! Please! I did not get a confirmation number or email neather!

Desired outcome: Get the stuff I paid for or give me a refund

I was also told my charge would be $1.95. I too was charged the $1.95 + I was charged $99.95 that I didn't actually authorize. WHY do you ask. Because We Didn't see that Box that Was automatically Check marked for the further charge of that $99.95. I Called [protected] to voice my complaints to this company. I was not very happy when they told me about that Check Mark thing that I didn't Un Check mark. First they tried to tell me that they could only give me a 20% discount, I was having NONE of that nonsense, Then they offered me 40%, and that wasn't going to satisfy me either. I WANT ALL MY MONEY BACK. Then they offered me a 50% refund, and I asked for this persons Supervisor. I was told the person I was talking to WAS the only person I was allowed to talk to. By then I was Literally screaming in this mans ear. I want ALL MY MONEY BACK not 50%. FINALLY he told me I would get a Full Refund, and My account with this company was cancelled. I asked him to confirm this by sending me an email stating this also. It's only been a few minutes so far. But I haven't gotten an email yet. BUT, Before I called the company that charged me the $99.95, I called my bank to cancel the payment and report it as a fraudulent transaction too. The Bank was saying the transaction was pending, But if it was actually charged, they would reverse the charge and return my money too. So I am waiting to see what happens.
