My Homeowners Policy review: State farm can't be trusted

Stay away from State Farm.

Upon completion of my roof, I my adjuster GAVE ME A CALL, and SENT ME A LETTER stating that I would receive a check for the roof $29, 171, and difference between that and the $45, 000 settlement, minus deductible which was $14, 422.

The next week, I was told that "MANAGEMENT" decided against paying me the $14, 422 balance of my claim... SERIOUSLY? How does that happen? Is this how State Farm treats their customers now?
