This company began charging me monthly after I booked my travel to Mexico in January 2022. I was transferred by a customer service rep who said I had received a free Visa 100.00 card for booking. I did not expect to be charged every month for a card I never received!
The bank deductions are happening even though I asked for cancellation twice and it never confirms anything for me. The call disconnects or the agent does not return to the line. Help me please.
