I have been charged by this company since Oct '23. I would like a full refund of charges made. I did not authorize them. And i did not give my information to them. I've gone thru my credit card company and some charges reversed. But
again here they are. Whatever it is, if i have to say cancel then Cancel!
Its been $ 3.99 every month to this day.
I want a full refund, an explanation on how they got my info, plus i need this removed, canceled, stopped, ended, however so that i no longer receive these
charges.
Desired outcome: A full refund and an explanation, plus canceled, so that I don't get anymore unauthorized charges.
