Mutual of Omaha Mortgage loan 1471565307 review: My husband passed away in October 2021 and trying to have name removed from loan

I have been trying for months to have my husbands name taken off of the loan. I have responded to every request with death certificate and copy of my updated trust information. I have called again in July and received a letter dated July 14th that said they had received my INQUIRY it was more than an inquiry. I got my September statement and still no change. After 4 attempts this morning I got thru to someone and apologized for being upset she transferred me to a supervisor what said they had to review it. I got the feeling it was to check if I could afford the payment. I told her the only difference to my income was $800.00 per month and they have never asked in all this time what my income was. I was even thinking on paying the loan off. It is just so difficult to handle things like this. I am 83 years old and still work 2 days a week and my boss says I have a contract for 18 more years. I said as long as I can still walk and remember where I am going it should work. Any help would be greatly appreciated. iDisk offer a e.
