12-29-25 I submitted online to close , called multiple times , talked to 8 different employees ,sent pictures of drivers license, selfies, had to be sent paperwork to refile by mail as other took to long got cancelled , paperwork I was sent and filled out was the wrong paperwork , now I've been sent more , supervisor never called me back , it's now 2-23-26 and I still do not have my money
