Muthu Clumber Park Hotel and Spa review: Hotel holiday

Booked holiday for wifes 50th birthday. Arrived room top floor views of dirty roofs both windows. Wife disabled they changed us. Used facilities pool etc showers not working in spa or changing rooms. Room bath tap trickled no hot water. Spoke to reception told be fixed. Meal wrong drink, food covered in something even though wife said she has stomach problems with certain things cost £42. Second room window won't lock, hair in sink and over plug, door cracked no remote for tv and no water. And then spa etc closed due to water problems. Next day went out told water be fixed. Late afternoon received call from hotel telling us they are closing due to no water. Everyone had been complaining with the hotel and not just no water situation. Spent £50. On diesel to get there many miles then miles trip out and back to hotel to pack in a rush. Hotel told us full refund contact expedia which done many times. Buyagift nightmare to contact can't speak to anyone in person etc. Bad enough this experience has caused stress, upset etc but even more so trying to get refund and a live person on a phone. My wife's mental health and physical plus what she has been and goes through a holiday is everything when it happens to give her some time instead it's made things worse. Bugs in light, cracked door, window wouldn't lock, hair plug and sink. This has been holiday from hell.
