Mtro Mow N Snow review: Prepaid lawn service

Pre-paid for 27 weeks of lawn cutting service and they only cut the lawn one time. We cancelled and went with another service and repeatedly requested a refund for the prepayment, WHICH THEY SAID THEY SEND! Now, they do not return calls/answer emails etc. Several people on the Nextdoor website are looking for them. All prepaid for lawn cutting service or spring clean-up and this company was a no-show.

They now have a new address on the BBB site from the original address that is on the paperwork/contract (I am sure due to extensive small claims from various customers).
