MTL Armory Order place and never mailed nor delivered.

Placed an order on 18 May. They sent me an email that the package was mailed on 28 May. I sent further emails asking about tracking. These were ignored. Finally, on 17 June the manager stated he would give me a refund. It's been a month and nothing at all. I have contacted my bank and the CRMP Fraud Unit. The manager of this store appears not to care how...
