So, I sent my stuff to another city, and it ended up being a bit of a mess. But hey, things happen, right? Unfortunately, the folks at Mr Positive NZ didn't seem too keen on fixing the issue. They were more focused on getting their hands on my goods than making sure I was happy with the outcome. And to top it off, their attitude was a bit smarmy, if you know what I mean. All in all, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I recently made a purchase from Mr Positive NZ's website for some 18650 batteries. I thought that since they were a standard battery, they would be a standard size, like AA or AAA batteries. However, upon receiving my order, I found out that this was not the case. The batteries were not the correct size, and I was unable to use them.

I reached out to the supplier to see if I could get a replacement for the correct size, but unfortunately, they were unable to help me. They told me that if the batteries were out of their packaging, they could not be replaced, and that the size was listed on their website, so I should have known.

I responded to the supplier, explaining that if they had made it clear that this particular brand differed from the basic standard of 18mm x 65mm, I would have checked before making my purchase. However, since I had never encountered the fact that this was even possible, I did not think to check.

Unfortunately, the seller was not sympathetic to my situation, and after a couple of exchanges, they blocked my email address. Now, I am left with $180 worth of unusable batteries.

My advice to anyone considering purchasing from Mr Positive NZ is to shop elsewhere. While they may have a wide selection of products, their customer service is lacking, and they do not seem to care about their customers' satisfaction. It is important to do your research and make sure you are getting exactly what you need before making a purchase.
