Motorcycle MallDeposit refund

Where do I start.. First the sales guys make me wait over 40 minutes to help me then they tell me that we can't negotiate a price so i have to submit financing for the FULL AMOUNT of the scooter/accessories, fees, etc... But first I have to leave a deposit. So i left them a deposit after asking nearly 100 times if it was refundable. Of course they all said yes. 2 days later they called me to tell me thatloan was approved to come pick up my scooter.. i was floored because we hadn't even negotiated a price. Fine I went in again and priced accessories and deleted some items but the price quoted increased!! how and why, no one could answer. So i bought from their competitor who gave me proper customer service and a great price. 1 month later the "supervisor" (who has no boss btw) tells me my deposit can't be refunded.. of course thats the first time I'm told that since they swore everything was refundable.. of course until they got a hold of my money!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE

I get the feeling that they bait customers in on putting deposits on motorcycles promising a delivery within one to two weeks and then after they get your deposit all of a sudden the one to two week wait turns into 6 or 7 weeks. Bad business and dishonest and unfair especially when they hold your money and don't return.

The same thing just happened to me. They said they were doing financing and took a deposit. After I got the numbers back on my monthly payment and didn't like what I saw, it was too late. They said that I had just signed a bill of sale. Aha! They got me? What I was told was very different than what I signed and I should have caught it - a good salesman should make sure you understand what you're signing is a bill of sale and not just a credit app for financing. I'm not rich but I do very well for myself. I didn't lose that much on the deal but it's a matter of principle for me more than the money. I'm not going to tell anyone to stay away from these Motorcycle Mall of Bellville, NJ. I will say, if you do business with them, don't just trust what they say and read every word of the contract. There are plenty of complaints about a lot of dealerships and most do what they can to make amends. These guys are absolutely unapologetic and inflexible when it comes to making right on a deal gone sour. Deal with them at your own risk. This is a business that serves itself and not their customers.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHO YOUR SALES PERSON WAS AND HELP TO RECTIFY THIS SITUATION. IF AT ALL POSSIBLE.
