Where do I start.. First the sales guys make me wait over 40 minutes to help me then they tell me that we can't negotiate a price so i have to submit financing for the FULL AMOUNT of the scooter/accessories, fees, etc... But first I have to leave a deposit. So i left them a deposit after asking nearly 100 times if it was refundable. Of course they all said yes. 2 days later they called me to tell me thatloan was approved to come pick up my scooter.. i was floored because we hadn't even negotiated a price. Fine I went in again and priced accessories and deleted some items but the price quoted increased!! how and why, no one could answer. So i bought from their competitor who gave me proper customer service and a great price. 1 month later the "supervisor" (who has no boss btw) tells me my deposit can't be refunded.. of course thats the first time I'm told that since they swore everything was refundable.. of course until they got a hold of my money!
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE
