On Sept. 29,2022 we took our car to a GM dealer to have transmission repaired. Today we still are with out a car, Nov.7,2022. We had extended warranty with this company. After the shop got it apart a 3rd party looked at it. I had to spent several hours trying to get information. The adjuster told me they would put a rebuilt transmission in our we could pay different and get a GM transmission. We told them to get rebuilt and get it installed. A couple days later the shop called and said they were not going to pay for it. It took several more hours on the phone trying to find out why. They said it had a TSB and they don't pay if there is a TSB on it. Our car has only 111,000 TSB. They want pay for any repairs. They will twist everything around and not tell you the truth about anything. I tried to cancel policy and they refused to. I had to send letter and copies of all kind of information that they already had. I called back and talked to a different person and told him to cancel policy. He didn't want to he keep saying I just want you to answer a simple question. I answered his question and then I asked him to answer a simple question and he said he would cancel it. I had the bank stop payment.

Desired outcome: I would like the car be repaired soon or refund what I have invested on this policy.
