I am a very unhappy customer, who took an insurance with mother f*nancial. It was a monthly motor warranty plan and monthly service plan. It was looking like a wow insurance, I have being with them for 6 months, eventually when I took my car for the motor warranty plan, I was told my clutch could not be repaired and the company Hyundai, told mother f*nancial that, there is a mechanical fault. But mother F*nancial,kept making excuses and they asked for a written email and for pictures, I had to waste my airtime and call the insurance company, to find out what is they idea of a clutch that needs repairs and the guys, name was Eguene and Warran ,they both kept saying its a wear and tear and they lied Hyundai told them that, even though they received emails from Hyundai stating ,it's a mechanical fault, they refuse to put my claims forward, both those guys were so rude to me, they even cut the call on me and said, they cannot help, my car was at Hyundai from the 26/01/2022 ,sitting there for four days, and I had to keep phoning, eventually I had to do reversals on the mother f*nancial in my bank account and now I have to gather an amount of R7197 just so ,I can get my car done because the mother f*nancial company did not want to help me. I was so sad and disappointed because even the guy Eugene was so rude to me from the insurance company, been a female he had no respect for me, he even started behaving arrogant, he says calls are recorded but I think, the company is a scam because only one agent was answering our calls and also the reviews are so bad and they target poor people because they know we don't have lawyers to fight them. Even the email address was failing from the policy documents, Hyundai had to call the insurance company for the correct email, I have done my reversals, and I have reported them as a fraud to the bank.

Desired outcome: they need to not fool other average people like me. By the reviews on the insurance company, every review was a negative.

This is a shocking company and I would strongly advise customers to refrain from using their services.

On the 15th March my husband came to collect me from the Donald Gordon hospital following breast reconstruction surgery after cancer, My Mercedes Benz was overheating. I had to tow it using my short term insurance towing service to the mechanic's workshop in Randburg.

I have submitted a claim to Mother financial services for overheating and the cooling system with the invoice from the workshop. This pathetic bunch advised me that I had cancelled the policy although I was still paying for it and being debited on 1 April 2023. They do not answer their phone and they do not respond to emails at all. Shocking and disgusting service and they do not deserve to be in business.
