Morgantown WV CPS review: cps procedure/parenting plan violation

cps had no intention of returning our three year old daughter. visits were continuously cancelled. fifteen to be exact. also three overnights. there was constant complaints of parents lack of timing. also the efforts put forth by parents was showed by social worker and supervisor. there names are as followed. parents followed parenting plan. scored high on parenting. quit bad behaviors as instructed. tried to resolve what removed child from home. set parents up for fall when one parent was labelled head parent. labelled one parent not to be alone with child. harbored on parents disabilities.turned parents against one another by constantly making parents feel they did nothing right. required back ground checks on little notice. pulled child from home while sleeping. lack of sympathy on cps part on how separating child on visits with bio parents. case continuously went down hill as cps couldn't find a reason why parents were finding character flaws in bio parents.until the time ran out for reunification. now seventeen months in case termination is found to be best for child. because of this finding bio parents health led them in the hospital.
