Morgan and Morgan Law Firm review: Open Case

I am very disappointed with my case and the attorney working on my case. I started this case on October 29, 2021 with a slip and fall at the Main Event. One of the attorney, instructed me to get a MRI and go to physical therapy. The doctor recommended surgery due to a rotator cuff (tear) in my right arm. The doctor stated that I will be off work for 6 weeks or more. I am a teacher for SCS and that many days will be hard to take off. The doctor recommended me to complete PT until I decided on the surgery. I been going to PT since November 2021. I also been reporting everything back with the attorney.

I spoke with the attorney about my case on last week. She stated she will pull my medical records and will get back with me. Instead of her doing that, I received an email from the attorney stating she can't help me. She stated well you're not going to get surgery and there's nothing we can do. I was very displeased with her attitude. She was very unprofessional and disrespectful. I repeated back what she stated that I have a year to close out on my case. She did not follow up with me on my decision on the surgery or my medical records. She stated today (2/7/22) that I need to find someone to help me. I was so lost and frustrated. I feel like I was treated so unfair and nasty. This situation is very stressful and overwhelmed. They feel if they can't make no money immediately if I don't get surgery quickly. There motto stated We are for the people but It needs to say we are against the people by taking their money.
