Moore Water & Air review: Water system

We live in the rural area of Garfield, AR and we had a representative of Moore Water Company come out and test our water. The water system was installed by a representative of Home Depot of Rogers, Arkansas.

The water system was financed and we were NOT told that we would have to pay over a $180 dollars extra a year to change 2 filters & a water test. Plus we find out that every 5 years there would be an extra cost to change the filter on the inside unit. This was NOT disclosed to us at the time of the contract.

Now we have contacted Moore Water Company out of Wichita Kansas and the man on the phone was very rude about it. Also we asked them to come remove the water system attached to our well and now they informed us they were going to charge us to remove it.

This company did Not represent itself to be transparent & up front, either about the yearly plus extra cost every 5 years on maintenance of the filters.

*We tried to resolve the issue & the result was they were going to charge us anyway.

So we feel we should contact you to let you know we will be taking the appropriate steps to stop this company from hurting other customers as they have done us.
