Montpellier Apartment review: Disrespectful rental officer

Hello my name is Tamika Lee The young lady that cursed me out her name was Desire I was calling on Friday 10/20/23at 3:30p I put a ticket in for my heat not working and I wasn’t going to be home for the evening checking to see if maintenance did the ticket before the rental office closed she said because I put a ticket in this morning does not mean it will get worked on today when heat is considered a emergency she put the phone down cursed me out to her co worker and told me she was going to hang up on me because she said I was yelling at her which I was not I told hers supervisor and she did nothing I am afraid I feel threatened to call the rental office for anything else I done think she should be the face of this property I’ve been living here almost going on 3 years and I’ve never experienced such rude disrespectful behavior
