Monkeytype review: Typing website

Hello! In 2024, Monkeytype (the website https://monkeytype.com) banned me from using Monkeytype without a reason. The ban is my IP address, not my account. It doesn't say a reason why I was banned and does not mention how long I was banned. However, I did contact support (by email) but they never responded. Here is the response from what is happening here (note that anything that is underlined represents my IP address that I will not share) and I'll have a few pictures below (that is edited to make sure I don't share my IP address and stuff like that) (this is what happened in Sep 8, 2024 at 9:29 AM (PDT)) (anything styled like "[ example ]" with the brackets represents that I edited it because of a few reasons):

Me (Sep 8, 2024 at 9:29 AM (PDT)): Hello, it is [my username from GitHub] from GitHub. My IP got banned by the way and this started yesterday

Monkeytype support (Sep 8, 2024 at 9:31 AM (PDT)): Whats the ip

Me (Sep 8, 2024 at 9:32 AM (PDT)): [provides the banned IP address]

Monkeytype support (Sep 8, 2024 at 9:35 AM (PDT)): You got banned because you kept creating rooms on dev.monkeytype.com with profane names.

Me (Sep 8, 2024 at 9:36 AM (PDT)): I didn't do that. That was someone else. How long is the ban by the way

Me (Sep 8, 2024 at 9:39 AM (PDT)): By the way, it is the home IP address and I only live in my home IP and I did not do that

Monkeytype support (Sep 8, 2024 at 9:43 AM (PDT)): Your responses coupled with your weirdly aggressive past emails makes me pretty certain. Enjoy the ban.

Me (Sep 8, 2024 at 4:19 PM (PDT)): How long is the ban (for [my banned IP address]) in Monkeytype because my friend is concerned because my friend uses Monkeytype everyday and sees a banned message

Me (Oct 25, 2024 at 1:29 PM (PDT)): How long is the ban then?

Me (Oct 30, 2024 at 9:19 AM (PDT)): I can sue you for bad support. So how long does IP bans always take

There was no response from Monkeytype after that. Also, I did ask a question on why I was banned on Monkeytype on GitHub at https://github.com/monkeytypegame/monkeytype/discussions/5861 and they asked me to send a email (I didn't send a email to that before placing it on GitHub. I asked the same question again in the same place (not emails) at https://github.com/monkeytypegame/monkeytype/discussions/5908 but then, there was no response and just banned me from using GitHub Monkeytype (not sure if it's the correct term by the way). As of 2025, it is still banned on my side and I haven't gotten a response from them. If you look at the pictures below, I provided the thing that is true
