Good morning,
I am a Market partner with Monat and have been for several years. I placed an order yesterday and when I received my order confirmation I could not calculate why the tax was so high. I reached out to Monat chat and asked the customer service representative. She informed me that even tho I am paying market partner prices they are charging me tax on what the retail value charged is. Is this practice not illegal? Please advise.
I just had this same discussion on the taxes. I don’t think they can charge on the SRP price. I have never seen that done before. My discount for an order was like $13 and the taxes was $10… so I was only saving $3. So disappointing.
